Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and additional beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store sales targets by rebooking clients for services and recommending complementary products
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques while providing personalized consultation and guidance
- Maintain active licensure in the relevant state and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and empowers colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's company policies and standards for customer safety and experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability across peak retail operations, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Qualifications
