Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining current knowledge of beauty trends and products
- Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, rebooking beauty services, and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and product education
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive, empowering workplace culture
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability by meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active professional license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Tennessee
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environment
- Strong product and service knowledge with understanding of current beauty trends and techniques
