Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in‑store beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and service results by recommending products, rebooking beauty services, and converting consultations into purchases.
- Provide personalised client consultations to educate customers on products, trends, and application techniques.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and beauty tools with up‑to‑date awareness of industry trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and cultivate repeat clientele.
- Strong teamwork orientation, reliability, and capacity to meet shift and attendance requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
