Sephora in Murray, UT is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part‑time) to provide makeup and waxing services. Hourly pay $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false-lash application services in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and local licensure requirements.
- Drive sales and appointment rebookings to help achieve store performance goals; convert consultations into product and service purchases.
- Provide personalized client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and recommend tailored routines.
- Maintain active professional licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and uphold all company policies.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting teammates and promoting a positive client experience.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts for part-time scheduling.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false-lash services where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty tools, and an eagerness to stay current with trends.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on services throughout a shift.

Experience
1–3 years in a beauty-services role or in retail, hospitality, or customer-service environments with demonstrated client-facing results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or related vocational certification preferred.
