Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application per Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive sales and service revenue by recommending products, rebooking appointments and converting consultations into purchases.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols and company standards.
  • Educate and inspire clients on product usage, trends and routines to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support store operational needs including peak-period coverage (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active, valid license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services will be provided.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty-services role or in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments.
  • Availability to meet the store’s minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule (15–29 hours) and to work retail peak hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Experience
