Sephora seeks a full-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Mission Viejo to provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, support store goals, and deliver personalized client experiences. The role requires an active state license, 30–40 hours per week, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; hourly pay is $22.30–$25.65, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
