Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu, maintaining highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Drive store performance through rebooking beauty services, acquiring new clients, and cross-selling complementary products
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower purchasing decisions and build lasting relationships
- Maintain active beauty licenses and comply with all state-mandated health and safety protocols
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support colleagues in delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ensure availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Active, current beauty license for waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application services in California
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing role
- Strong product knowledge encompassing beauty trends, services, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build long-term relationships
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
