Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash services to clients according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations to drive both service rebooking and retail sales
- Maintain active professional licensure and comply rigorously with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through exceptional personalized service and follow-up
