Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and lash services consistent with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and brand standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up booking recommendations
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and service benefits
- Achieve store sales and service targets while maintaining a goal-oriented, collaborative team environment
- Maintain active state licensure, uphold health and safety protocols, and ensure consistent hygiene standards
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates diversity and encourages team engagement
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or comparable customer-facing environment

- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
