Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver makeup, waxing, and false application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
• Drive sales results and achieve store goals through personalized client service and product recommendations
• Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques
• Rebook beauty services and establish lasting client relationships
• Maintain active state licensure and consistently uphold health and safety protocols
• Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store environment
• Maintain availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Lift and carry merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Florida
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
