Sephora Miami Beach is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) at Lincoln Road — hourly $19.80–$22.90. Deliver makeup and waxing services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional in-store beauty services (makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application) following Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Sell products and rebook clients to support store sales and service targets while delivering personalised consultations.
- Maintain active state licensure and strictly adhere to health, hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments.
- Educate and inspire clients on product usage, beauty trends and routines to build lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment, support store operations during peak retail hours, and meet required weekly shift commitments.
Qualifications
- Active, in‑state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and to drive product and service sales.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet Sephora’s minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part-time.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in beauty services, retail, or hospitality roles; prior experience performing in‑store makeup and waxing services preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred.
