Licensed Beauty Advisor, Sephora Miami – Part-time beauty services and client consultation role with $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store results by providing beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products aligned with store goals
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate and empower clients by staying current on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Maintain active state license and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store environment
- Meet required minimum weekly shifts (15–29 hours for part-time) with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Provide availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup application, and lash services
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to physically lift and carry up to 50 pounds
