Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebook beauty services by delivering personalized client consultations and building lasting relationships
- Maintain current product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and offerings
- Sustain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and belonging
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in Florida
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or similar service-oriented roles
