Sephora is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Miami, FL. Deliver beauty services and drive client engagement with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and lash application services per Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive revenue and rebook services while maintaining strong client relationships
- Educate clients on beauty trends and product offerings to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store environment
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and create a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly hour commitments (15–29 hours) with punctual, consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup, and lash application services
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty services or retail/hospitality
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and trends
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative work ethic
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment; prior experience demonstrating personalized client service and relationship-building capabilities.
Education
Active state license to provide makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in Florida.
