Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebook beauty services to achieve store performance goals
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and application techniques
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized, consultative service
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging
- Meet scheduling requirements and maintain reliable attendance during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
