Sephora Miami (London Square) seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part‑time) to perform makeup and waxing services at the Beauty Studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Achieve store sales and performance targets through service rebooking, product recommendations and retail transactions.
- Maintain active licensure and strictly follow health, hygiene and safety protocols for all services.
- Provide personalised client consultations, build long‑term client relationships and educate clients on product selection and usage.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and adhere to Sephora operational standards and policies.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hours for the role.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services will be performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or customer service environments.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and current beauty trends and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and drive repeat bookings.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
1–3 years of prior experience in beauty services, cosmetology, or a customer‑facing retail or hospitality role, with demonstrable client service and sales outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician training and state licensure required.
