Sephora Miami (Dadeland) seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) to deliver waxing, makeup and lash services and drive client sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) and rebook follow-up appointments.
  • Provide personalised consultations that educate and inspire clients while driving product sales and service revenue to meet store KPIs.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols for services.
  • Support a welcoming, inclusive client experience by following company standards and fostering teamwork on the sales floor.
  • Ensure reliable attendance and availability during peak retail periods (evenings, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active, state-recognised license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of service.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or within retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools and the ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
  • Proven client service aptitude with capacity to build recurring client relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and fine-motor tasks associated with beauty services.

Experience

1–3 years in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing position with measurable customer service experience.
