Sephora Miami (Dolphin Mall) is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time). Hourly $19.80–$26.00; active beauty license required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional Beauty Studio services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora service menu and brand standards.
- Deliver personalized client consultations to recommend products and services, build lasting client relationships and drive product sales and rebookings.
- Achieve store performance goals by meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team objectives.
- Maintain active state licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols for all beauty services.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports Sephora’s culture of diversity and customer-first service.
- Ensure punctuality and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail peak operations.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years of retail, beauty services, hospitality or other client-facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and professional application techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, service-driven experiences and build client loyalty.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and peak retail hours.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client-facing role with demonstrable client service and sales results.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training and active state license required for service delivery.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
