Role & Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and service rebooking to support store sales and service goals
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other licensed beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain current professional licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Cultivate inclusive, supportive team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging and belonging
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability for peak retail operations (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications
