Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor position in Meridian, ID—part-time beauty services role combining makeup, waxing, and client consultation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services listed on the Sephora Beauty Services menu
- Drive service bookings and product sales to achieve store financial targets
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques
- Maintain active licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support colleague development
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping experience

Qualifications
