Sephora licensed beauty advisor full-time in Meridian, Idaho. Makeup, waxing, and client services. $18.20–$21.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false lash services in compliance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and state regulations
- Drive sales and service revenue through rebooking beauty services and recommending products aligned with client needs
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the Beauty Studio
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support store-wide goals and policies
- Work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods during peak retail operations
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Idaho
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality, or service-focused role
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, industry trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

1–3 years of demonstrated experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments. Beginner-level professionals with relevant state licensure are encouraged to apply.
Education
Active professional license for waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in the state of Idaho is required. Certification or formal training in esthetic services, cosmetology, or related disciplines is expected.

Compensation
