Sephora Meridian, ID seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time) to perform makeup and waxing services; $18.20–$24.00/hr.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application per Sephora’s service menu.
- Provide personalized client consultations and product recommendations to drive retail sales and rebookings.
- Maintain active licensure, adhere to health, hygiene and safety protocols, and uphold brand standards for service delivery.
- Contribute to store performance by meeting individual service and sales targets and supporting merchandising and operational tasks.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and participate in training to stay current on trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Active state license qualifying the candidate to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state of employment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, service techniques and current industry trends.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and build lasting client relationships.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to perform standing and hands-on services for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty-services role or experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology, esthetics, or related program preferred.
