Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and service metrics through product recommendations, retail selling and rebooking of beauty services.
- Maintain active professional licensure and consistently uphold health, hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide personalised client consultations to educate clients on products, techniques and homecare routines.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or a client-focused service environment.
- Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends and techniques.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience delivering beauty services or in a retail/hospitality role with demonstrable client-facing skills and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training, cosmetology or esthetician certification is an asset.
