Role & Responsibilities
- Perform beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales results and rebook clients for services to achieve store performance targets
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service delivery and consultative selling
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork among store staff
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements with flexibility during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Texas
- 1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or related service sector
