Role & Responsibilities
- Provide and rebook beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash services as listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store revenue by selling beauty products and rebooking services to returning clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Deliver personalized, consultative client service and build lasting professional relationships
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging
- Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Education
