Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining hygiene and licensure standards
- Drive sales and service bookings to achieve store goals and provide personalized client consultations
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Maintain an active professional license and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora brand standards
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup, and false application services in California
