Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
- Drive retail results by selling products, rebooking beauty services and achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend products and design service experiences that build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols for all treatments.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and promoting a welcoming in-store environment.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, and to maintain punctual, reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing role, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating proficiency in makeup, waxing and client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training and any state-required certifications for beauty services.
