Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
  • Drive retail results by selling products, rebooking beauty services and achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend products and design service experiences that build long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols for all treatments.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and promoting a welcoming in-store environment.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
  • Ability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, and to maintain punctual, reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
