Sephora Littleton, CO seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) at Park Meadows to provide makeup, waxing and client services. Hourly $21.75–$24.88.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in the Sephora Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application in accordance with the company menu and local licensure.
- Achieve store performance metrics through product sales, service rebooking and personalized client recommendations.
- Educate and inspire clients by maintaining deep product knowledge and translating trends into practical recommendations.
- Maintain active professional licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and ensure a sanitary service environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support team objectives during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Provide dependable availability and punctuality; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours for part-time scheduling.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology/esthetician license (or equivalent) authorizing waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service, build repeat clientele and meet sales/service targets.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing work for extended periods.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in a beauty services or client-facing retail/hospitality role; demonstrable history of delivering in-person services and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred.
