Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including professional makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application.
- Drive sales and service metrics by recommending and selling products, rebooking beauty services, and building long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active licensure and consistently follow health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment; collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Work flexible hours to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application (required).
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrated product knowledge of beauty categories, trends and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related customer-facing role; demonstrated ability to meet sales and service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology or esthetician program preferred.
