Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store goals through beauty services and product sales.
  • Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the relevant state.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and achieving goals. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years in beauty services or related retail environments.
