Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Provide personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships through excellent service delivery
- Achieve store sales and service goals by actively rebooking clients and promoting product offerings
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
