Sephora in Las Vegas seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) at Fashion Show Mall. Hourly beauty‑service role performing makeup and waxing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu and hygiene standards.
- Provide personalised consultations to educate clients on product selection, application techniques and at-home maintenance to drive product sales and service rebookings.
- Contribute to store sales goals through active selling, rebooking of services and exceptional clienteling that builds long-term relationships.
- Maintain required state licensure and consistently uphold health, safety and sanitation protocols within the service area.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology/esthetician/waxing license for the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skincare and up-to-date awareness of beauty trends and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, build rapport and meet sales/service targets.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and reliably meet the minimum required weekly shifts; able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or customer service with demonstrated experience providing beauty services and selling product-driven solutions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or relevant certification/license required.
