Sephora (Miracle Mile, Las Vegas) is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part‑Time). Licensed professional needed — $19.80–$26.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by consulting with clients, recommending products, rebooking services and converting service interactions into product sales.
- Maintain active licensure and comply with all state regulatory, health and sanitation standards for beauty services.
- Stay current on product knowledge, beauty trends and service techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment and follow Sephora policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the store’s minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology/esthetician license (or equivalent) valid in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, service techniques and current industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team and adapt quickly to product and service training.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on service work for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments; prior in-store service experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; state-required cosmetology or esthetician certification/license.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
