Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s services menu.
- Drive retail and service results by educating clients, recommending products, rebooking services and converting consultations into sales.
- Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols for client treatments.
- Provide personalized client consultations to build long‑term relationships and a loyal clientele.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and contribute to team goals and KPIs.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours for the role.
Qualifications
- Active state license permitting waxing, makeup and false‑eyelash application where services are performed.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client‑facing role.
- Strong command of contemporary beauty trends, product knowledge and service techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service, build rapport and drive retail conversion.
- Punctual, dependable and able to meet Sephora’s scheduling and attendance expectations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years in beauty services, retail, hospitality or an equivalent client‑facing role; demonstrable experience delivering makeup and waxing services preferred.
Education
Active cosmetology/esthetician/waxing license required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
