Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by providing and rebooking beauty services, assisting clients, and selling products.
  • Perform beauty services including makeup application and waxing, adhering to Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-driven mindset. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
