Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to achieving store goals through effective client service and product sales.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services such as waxing and makeup in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving goals. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
