  • Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product benefits and application techniques, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols and store standards.

Qualifications

  • Active, state‑appropriate license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be provided.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends and techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build long‑term relationships.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and client service tasks for extended periods.

Experience
