Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-eyelash application) following the Sephora Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and service results through product recommendations, rebooking of beauty services and cultivating repeat clients.
- Provide personalised client consultations and education on products, trends and application techniques.
- Maintain active state licensure, uphold hygiene and health & safety protocols during all services.
- Support an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active, state-recognised license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments.
- Demonstrated customer service and consultative selling skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to meet the minimum weekly scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of experience in a salon, beauty-services, retail or hospitality environment; proven track record delivering personalised client service and meeting sales or service targets.
