  • Maintain active state licensure and strictly adhere to health, hygiene, and safety protocols for all treatments.
  • Educate and inspire clients on product benefits and beauty techniques to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented store environment by supporting colleagues and upholding Sephora operational and customer service standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts for part‑time hours.

Qualifications

  • Active cosmetology/esthetician license (or equivalent) authorizing waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state of practice.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build client loyalty.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet attendance/punctuality expectations.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
