Role & Responsibilities

• Drive store results through delivery and reboking of beauty services and product sales
• Perform makeup application, waxing, false lash, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
• Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge to empower informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and promotes team collaboration
• Uphold Sephora standards through adherence to company policies and operational procedures
• Ensure reliable attendance and availability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar beauty role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, services, current trends, and application techniques
• Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate lasting professional relationships
• Collaborative mindset with thriving performance in goal-oriented team environments
• Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and articulating product knowledge
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service environments.

Education

Active state license required for the provision of waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in Missouri.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
