Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and beauty services as listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu to clients at the Beauty Studio
- Drive sales and rebooking of beauty services while maintaining strong product knowledge and awareness of current beauty trends
- Educate and empower clients on beauty products, techniques, and services to deliver personalized client experiences
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols required for service delivery
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of openness and empowerment
