Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining current product and trend knowledge
- Drive revenue and rebooking by providing personalized client consultations and beauty recommendations
- Maintain active professional licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and empowers colleagues
- Achieve store performance targets through reliable attendance and flexibility during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
