Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty services and product guidance at its Huntington Beach location. The role encompasses makeup application, waxing, and false lash services, complemented by strong product knowledge and client relationship-building. This part-time position requires an active state beauty license and 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false lash services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive service rebooking and product sales to achieve store financial goals
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques tailored to individual needs
- Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a welcoming customer experience
- Work flexible scheduling during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
