Sephora is seeking a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Houston to provide makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services menu offerings, support store goals, and build lasting client relationships. The role is permanent, with part-time schedules of 15–29 hours per week; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
