Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining active licensure and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service, product consultation, and trend education to drive rebooking and product sales
- Achieve store sales and service goals by meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and maintaining consistent attendance during peak retail operations
- Stay current on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to educate and empower clients
- Uphold Sephora brand standards, company policies, and create a safe, secure, and inclusive shopping experience for all guests
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Strong product knowledge and demonstrated understanding of beauty services, trends, and techniques
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and build strong client relationships
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments. Beginners with relevant licensure may be considered.
Education
Active state license in esthetics, cosmetology, or related beauty discipline required for the geographic location where services are performed.
