Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor, Part-Time – Houston, TX. Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services ($21.75–$24.88/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store revenue by rebooking beauty services, upselling products, and achieving assigned sales targets
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up engagement
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and supports colleague success
- Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications
