Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive sales and service rebookings through consultative client interactions and product recommendations.
  • Maintain active state licensure, adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, and uphold health standards for all services.
  • Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and inspire clients.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and contribute to store goals and a positive shopping experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, punctuality expectations and flexible scheduling requirements (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or experience in retail, hospitality or customer service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client consultations and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and current beauty trends.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail standing and movement during shifts.
  • Availability to meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hours/week) and work peak retail hours.

Experience

1–3 years of direct beauty services experience or equivalent customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality; proven track record of delivering personalised service and meeting sales/service targets.

Education
