Sephora in Houston, TX is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time, Flex) to provide makeup and waxing services at Houston Galleria.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services—makeup application, waxing and false-lash application—consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, rebooking services and building personalised client relationships.
  • Maintain active state licensure for all provided services and adhere to health, hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Remain current on product assortments, industry trends and brand techniques to educate and inspire clients.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active cosmetology/esthetician license in the state where services will be performed (required).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and meet sales/rebooking targets.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time/flex scheduling.
