Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor part-time position in Honolulu, HI. Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services at $21.75–$24.88/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false lash services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Provide expert product recommendations and educate clients on beauty trends and techniques
- Drive store sales and service revenue through effective client engagement and upselling
- Maintain active professional licensing and adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, attentive service
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and support colleagues in achieving store goals
- Work flexible scheduling during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active professional license for waxing, makeup, and false lash application in the state of Hawaii
